- Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborate with production personnel to address quality issues and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure that products meet company requirements in terms of both quality and quantity.
- Melakukan QC proses sortir dan grading produk.
- Bertanggung jawab atas quality control inbound:
- Melakukan sampling produk.
- Mengecek kesesuaian kualitas dengan spec quality yang berlaku.
- Mengukur pemahaman dan cara kerja MP (Man Power) dalam proses QC.
- Menangani temuan defect di lapangan
Minimum Qualifications
- Memiliki pengalaman menangani produk sayur & buah (highly preferred).
- Memiliki product knowledge yang solid terkait fresh produce.
- Memahami proses end-to-end QC, dari proses logistik, sampling, penanganan defect
- Mampu melakukan reporting dan monitoring secara rapi dan konsisten.
- Bersedia bekerja shifting (jam kerja malam dan middle shift), serta bersedia bekerja 6 hari kerja dan 1 hari libur.
- Bersedia bekerja on-site di Cibinong, Kabupaten Bogor.
