Job Description
- Mengawasi operasional harian proses sortir, processing, dan packing di Packing House, Fresh Produce
- Memimpin dan mengatur tim produksi (shift, target, produktivitas)
- Memastikan pencapaian KPI, kualitas, dan ketepatan waktu pengiriman
- Menjalankan dan mengawasi SOP, safety, dan quality control
- Menganalisis kendala operasional dan melakukan perbaikan efisiensi
- Menyusun laporan operasional dan performa tim
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 jurusan Teknik Industri, Manajemen, Logistik, atau Pertanian
- Memiliki pengalaman 2–5 tahun di area produksi, packing house, atau fresh warehouse
- Memahami alur operasional e-commerce dan fulfillment
- Memiliki kemampuan kepemimpinan yang baik
- Mampu berpikir analitis dan menyelesaikan masalah secara efektif
- Memiliki kemampuan strategic thinking
- Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift di lingkungan kerja yang dinamis dan cepat
- Menguasai Microsoft Excel dengan penggunaan rumus tingkat menengah
- Diutamakan memiliki keahlian training Lean, Six Sigma
- Diutamakan memiliki keahlian analisis Cost Per Pack (CPP)
