PMO & Strategic Project Associate  

About this Position

We are looking for a PMO & Strategic Project Associate to support the Category Management team within Astro Farm. In this role, you will leverage data and analytical insights to drive strategic initiatives, identify business opportunities, and improve commercial performance. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will transform complex data into actionable recommendations that help optimize category performance and support key business decisions.

Job Description

As our Astronaut, your missions are:

• Analyze commercial and operational performance to identify business opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations to improve category performance.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify bottlenecks, performance gaps, and revenue opportunities.
• Develop business cases, scenario analyses, and data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools to monitor key business metrics.
• Lead process improvement initiatives within the Category Management team to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
• Support commercial planning for campaigns and seasonal events by identifying growth opportunities and recommending category, assortment, and promotional strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Category Management, Upstream, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.

In order to launch the missions successfully, you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree from Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related field, with strong academic track record.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Internship or full-time experience in Management Consulting, Business Strategy, Corporate Strategy, E-commerce, Tech Startups, FMCG, or other data-driven environments is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (including Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, Index-Match, nested formulas, and scenario modeling) is a must.
• Comfortable working with large datasets; SQL proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Logical, structured thinker with strong ownership, a high sense of urgency, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fast learner with strong intellectual curiosity and an AI-savvy mindset to improve productivity and analysis.
