- Support day-to-day accounting operations and ad hoc requests from the Finance team.
- Process and maintain invoice records accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist in inventory adjustment and reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Ensure accounting data and documentation are complete, accurate, and well-organized.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and financial processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in Accounting, Finance, or relevant internship experience.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles, invoice processing, and inventory reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
