Job Description
- Prepare detailed operational plan for a Nursery operation/production of Vannamei Fry.
- Operate the facility and implement technicalities on White Shrimps Nursery.
- Prepare proper necessary records and report to higher management about performances and planned contingencies and improvements.
- Provides tasks to other technician and laborers of the facility for efficiency of production.
Minimum Qualifications
- With extensive background in white shrimp (Vannamei) Nursery production, at least 5 years on-hand experience
- With Leadership skills;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Meticulous and with sense of organization;
- Willing to work in Davao del Sur;
