Job Responsibility:
- Oversee all aspects of HR functions, including talent acquisition, payroll management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations
- Handle employee relations and foster a positive work environment
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Maintain Internal Database via HRIS Talenta, Microsoft Office, e-Dabu, and SIPP Ketenagakerjaan
- Supervise and coordinate general affairs activities
- Manage facilities, ensuring a safe and conducive working environment
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Facilitate effective communication between management and employees
Minimum Qualifications
Job Requirement:

Female candidate.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or other relevant fields.

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in the role of HRGA Manager.

Proficient in using HRIS Talenta, Microsoft Office, e-Dabu, and SIPP Ketenagakerjaan.

In-depth knowledge of prevailing labor laws, government regulations, and HR best practices.

Willing and able to commence employment immediately.
