Lead and guide the FIT & Cruise team to ensure smooth operations, service quality, and profitability.

Develop and manage cruise & FIT product portfolios, with fresh, high-margin, market-relevant offerings.

Negotiate and maintain strong relationships with cruise lines, DMCs, airlines, and global suppliers.

Supervise customized itinerary creation (hotel, cruise & land tours) to ensure accuracy and guest satisfaction.

Review sales reports, market trends, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

Provide training, support, and performance feedback to your team.

Collaborate closely with management for sales and marketing strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in a Tour & Travel company, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong FIT, hotel & cruise product knowledge (routes, pricing, and partnerships).
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Comfortable using reservation systems & Excel-based reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Tourism, Hospitality, or related).
