Job Description

  • Role Purpose and Key Tasks
  • Talent Acquisition and Management
  • Hiring of new associates and sales support units
  • Training and upskilling of associates
  • Target monitoring and performance evaluation of associates
  • Mentoring and developing of new associates
  • Business Development and Innovation
  • Create from scratch a portfolio of key account clients and strategic partners
  • Utilize the social media platform and job boards to maximize reach of marketing collaterals and recruitment initiatives
  • Finance Management
  • Entails analysis of the profitability of the business unit
  • Identification of key revenue and expense drivers
  • Yearly budget allocation for business unit operations and expansion

Once part of the mancom, he/she will have to take part in the ff:

  • Strategy management
  • Change management
  • Business continuity
  • Compensation:
  • Monthly allowance (30k-50k depending on the work experience)
  • Quarterly and Yearly bonuses (based on team performance)
  • Commissions
  • Overrides (based on team performance)
  • Fringe Benefits (HMO, Group Insurance etc.)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Able to manage their time well to deliver targets and deliverables
  • Able to work Well under pressure
  • Willing to mentor and to be mentored
  • Good at public speaking
  • Knowledgeable about the concept of “Intrapreneurship”
  • Ambitious and has a do-it-attitude
  • Passionate about the financial services industry
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Result-oriented
  • At least 3 years working experience and has a track record of success; less than 3 years can be reconsidered as long as candidate has substantial and diversed exposure in financial services industry
  • Experience in recruitment and sales management; preferably in the insurance industry
