Job Description
As Head of People Development, this role will be directly reporting to Head of Human Capital Management. This role will oversee 4 major areas of Human Capital which are Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding. This department collaborates with internal and external parties to serve the needs of 180 - 200 employees.
Main Responsibilities:
- Learning & Development: Manage end to end Talent & People Development activities including driving company values through various programs.
- Employee Engagement: Creating Employee's programs, surveys, social activities, etc that effectively engage employees as well as to get an understanding of people issues and challenges
- Recruitment: Plan, monitor and execute end to end recruitment process & being a resourceful advisor related to hiring recommendation / strategy
- Design, plan and execute Employer Branding activities
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree and 10 years of experience in leading learning and development team and full cycle recruiting
- Having solid experience in insurance industry is an advantage
- Excellent communication with fluency in English and computer literate (Ms. Powerpoint is a must)
- Strong presentation skills & experience conducting a full training for internal by his/herself
- Able to develop training material both conventional and e-learning modules
- Able to coach and motivate employee with constructive feedbacks
- Demonstrate ethos of continuous learning and improvement
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
