What you'll do:
- Ideate, script, and launch high-performing TikTok content that aligns with trending audio, formats, and creator culture
- Analyze TikTok trends daily and translate them into fast-turn campaigns
- Manage relationships with influencers to amplify UGC and affiliate reach
- Work with content creators and videographers to develop native-style ads that feel zero percent corporate
- Report on video performance, hook rates, ROAS, CAC, and other KPIs
- Collaborate with the product and design team on new drops, bundles, and promo themes
Minimum Qualifications
What you'll need:
- You have proven experience building, managing, or growing brands and TikTok page
- Strong understanding of TikTok’s algorithm and content psychology
- Basic to intermediate skills in creating and editing short-form videos (CapCut, InShot, or similar tools welcome)
- Background in supplements, beauty, or health & wellness is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently with a strong and competitive mindset
