- Mengatur proses assignment survey kepada verifikatordisesuaikan load Kerja masing-masing verifikator.
- Memberikan support agar membantu tercapainya booking cabang untuk product yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya.
- Memastikan verifikator di supervisinya melakukan survey sesuai dengan assignment yang diberikan.
- Melakukan Koordinasi dengan Verifikator Manager dan Pihak Lainnya, agar proses dapat berjalan dengan baik
- Melakukan proses people Development kepada Supervisinya agar secara Knowledge mempunyai Standarisasi yang sama dalam menjalankan proses Survey dan verifikasi data.
Minimum Qualifications
- Berusia maksimal 27 tahun.
- Pendidikan minimal S1 dari semua jurusan.
- Terbuka untuk fresh graduate .
- Memiliki attitude yang baik.
- Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi yang baik.
- Have networking.
- Terbiasa bekerja dengan target.
- Dapat mengendarai mobil & motor serta memiliki SIM A & C.
- Memiliki keinginan untuk menjadi pemimpin.
- Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh cabang PT BFI Finance Indonesia, Tbk.
