Job Description

1. Menjalankan fungsi marketing untuk mendapatkan leads / prospect dari showroom rekanan.
2. Menjaga hubungan kerja yang baik dengan showroom dan memastikan proses kerja Dealer Relationship Management (DRM) berjalan dengan baik, sehingga dapat meningkatkan loyalitas dan produktifitas showroom yang sudah bekerja sama.
3. Melakukan support atas kebutuhan showroom dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan produktifitas showroom yang dihandle.
4. Berkoordinasi dengan MRE dan / atau Head / Supervisor untuk memastikan leads / prospek yang diperoleh sudah dilakukan proses secara proper.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Pria/wanita berusia maksimal 30 tahun.
2. Pendidkan minimal Diploma/Sarjana terbuka untuk semua jurusan.
3. Freshgraduate silakan melamar dan berpengalaman minimal 1 tahun di Dealer Mobil/Finance lebih disukai.
4. Berpenampilan menarik.
5. Komunikatif, senang bertemu orang baru serta memiliki relasi dengan Showroom mobil di Kota Rembang.
6. Memiliki loyalitas tinggi dengan waktu.
7. Memiliki minimal SIM C, lebih disukai SIM A.
8. Menyukai tantangan dan detail-target-oriented.
