- Melakukan perekrutan Agent untuk pengembangan jaringan sesuai profil yang tepat
- Menjaga hubungan kerja yang baik dengan Agent sehingga dapat meningkatkan loyalitas dan menghasilkan Agent yang produktif
- Melakukan segmentasi Agent berdasarkan potensi penjualan
- Melakukan aktivitas direct selling untuk menunjang peningkatan penjualan produk Property/Mortgage
- Melakukan kunjungan asset calon konsumen untuk memastikan kelayakannya sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku

- Pendidikan min. S1 Semua Jurusan.
- Memiliki kendaraan pribadi & SIM C.
- Supel dan mudah bergaul.
- Siap bekerja dengan target.
