- Creating routine awareness content for both digital and physical security contexts.
- Assessing operational processes within the SOC and other lines (specifically enterprise security) and documenting them into SOPs/Policies (in coordination with the Governance team / Mas Ito).
- Developing, reviewing, and maintaining Incident Response Playbooks, Runbooks, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinating and evaluating post-incident reviews (lessons learned) and ensuring improvement plans are executed.
- Developing and testing the Incident Response Plan (IRP) as well as Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery plans from a cybersecurity perspective.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of security controls and providing recommendations for improving security operations.
- Coordinating with security vendors regarding improvements, fine-tuning, and the implementation of new capabilities in security tools.
- Supporting internal and external audit activities by providing evidence and explanations related to SOC operations.
- Compiling security operational reports, dashboards, and metrics (KPIs/KRIs) for management needs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Has experience min 5 years
- Bachelor degree major computer science,information technology
- Has experience as Security Analyst
- Able to create table Top Exercise and simulation CSIRT
- Familiar with security operational reports,
