- Melakukan monitoring security events 24/7, menganalisis alerts untuk mengidentifikasi adanya suspicious activity, melakukan log correlation, mengidentifikasi IOC, serta melakukan investigation untuk menentukan scope dan impact dari security threats.
- Melaksanakan initial response sesuai playbooks, termasuk containment, remediation actions, serta melakukan eskalasi sesuai prosedur dan SLA yang berlaku.
- Melakukan proactive threat hunting untuk mengidentifikasi hidden threats.
- Mengoperasikan SIEM, EDR/XDR, dan security monitoring tools, memastikan log ingestion berjalan optimal, membuat dan mengoptimalkan detection rules/use cases, serta melakukan alert tuning untuk meningkatkan detection accuracy.
- Mendokumentasikan security incidents, investigation findings, dan membuat incident reports. Maintain case notes dan update ticket systems.
Minimum Qualifications
- Advanced skills dalam security event correlation, threat analysis, dan identify suspicious activities dengan accuracy tinggi
- Proficient dalam incident response procedures, mampu handle incidents sesuai playbooks, dan execute containment actions effectively
- Proficiency dalam SIEM query languages, EDR investigation techniques, dan leverage multiple tools untuk comprehensive analysis
- Mampu consume dan apply threat intelligence, extract IOCs, dan utilize intel untuk enrich investigations
- Kemampuan analyze dan correlate logs dari multiple sources untuk identify attack patterns dan anomalies
- Solid knowledge dalam network protocols, system internals, attack vectors, dan mampu conduct technical analysis
- Kemampuan conduct threat hunting, develop hunting hypotheses, dan proactive threat discovery
- Mampu develop dan optimize detection rules, tune alerts, dan improve detection capabilities
- Effective dalam write incident reports, document investigation findings, dan maintain comprehensive case notes
- Analytical thinking untuk solve security problems, conduct root cause analysis, dan troubleshoot issuesRetry
