- Build and maintain Application and Behavioral scorecards for BFI products using internal and external data.
- Develop propensity models for existing customers to drive automated cross-sell approvals and limit increases.
- Define and optimize Scorecard Cut-offs and Risk Acceptance Criteria (RAC) to maximize approval rates at targeted loss levels.
- Implement real-time delinquency monitoring frameworks to detect early-warning signs in the portfolio.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor Degree major Science, Statistics, or Mathematics .
- Min 5 years in Banking or Fintech (Credit Scoring focus) .
- Good in Python/R, SQL, Machine Learning (XGBoost/LightGBM).
- Exp: Experience in Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) modeling.
- Proficiency in translating risk policies into mathematical logic.
- Advanced data visualization and Vintage Analysis.
