- Minimal S1 Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Ilmu Komputer, atau jurusan terkait
- Memiliki pengalaman 2-4 tahun di bidang System Development, Business Analyst, System Analyst, atau IT Project Management.
- Memahami requirements gathering, gap analysis, dan business process mapping.
- Mampu membuat BRD atau User Story.
- Memahami proses system development dan UAT.
- Memiliki kemampuan analisis dan problem solving yang baik.
- Memahami dasar database/SQL menjadi nilai tambah.
- Komunikatif, proaktif, dan mampu bekerja sama dengan berbagai tim.
Minimum Qualifications
- Mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis kebutuhan pengembangan atau perbaikan sistem untuk mendukung proses Collection.
- Melakukan requirements gathering, business impact analysis, dan business process mapping.
- Mengawal proses development, melakukan UAT, serta evaluasi sistem setelah implementasi.
- Memonitor kinerja dan kesiapan sistem/aplikasi yang digunakan tim Collection di Head Office dan Cabang.
- Menangani kendala sistem dan memberikan solusi sesuai SLA.
- Berkoordinasi dengan IT dan tim terkait dalam pengembangan serta penyelesaian masalah sistem.
- Mengelola user dan akses sistem internal maupun eksternal.
