- Mengolah dan memastikan akurasi data Performance/KPI HCBP Region/Cabang.
- Melakukan data cleaning, validation, dan analysis menggunakan Excel/Google Sheets.
- Monitoring KPI, trend, gap, dan data discrepancy.
- Menyusun monthly report, summary, dan dashboard sederhana.
- Melakukan koordinasi terkait kelengkapan dan validasi data.
- Mendukung aktivitas administrasi, data processing, dan reporting lainnya yang berkaitan dengan kebutuhan HCBP Management
Minimum Qualifications
- Mahasiswa tingkat akhir/fresh graduate, diutamakan jurusan Management, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, atau Information Systems.
- Menguasai Excel/Google Sheets, terutama Pivot Table, Vlookup/Xlookup, If, dan Sumifs/Countifs.
- Memiliki kemampuan data analysis, analytical thinking, dan data visualization.
- Teliti, sistematis, komunikatif, dan mampu bekerja dengan deadline.
- Menguasai Looker Studio menjadi nilai tambah.
