Job Description
- Help grow the TokoSmart / Bizzy Distribution ecosystem through strategic BD planning and execution, providing a multiplier effect to existing ongoing initiatives or relationships while cultivating new partnerships
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials
- Prioritize between partnerships to balance between speed and delivering the highest value to the organization; Negotiate to arrive at win-win solutions for all partnerships
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
- Provide and execute BD strategies, operation, budget planning and procurement support for all initiatives with making strong coordination relationship with our operations and product & technology teams
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor degree from Management, Business, or Communication major studies is preferable.
- Having a minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in the same field.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, interpersonal skills, and negotiation skill is a must.
- Able to work under pressure
- Outgoing personality, well organized, enthusiastic, and strong commitment.
- Ability to assist in a team, help to plan, and work to a structured timetable and be focused on deliverables outcome.
- Strong business partner network is preferable.
- Result driven and target oriented.
