• Working closely with the tech department leaders in identifying the talent qualification needs to be aligned with the business, TA strategy, and department structure
• Provide insight, recommendations, and hiring strategies to hiring managers
• Build sustainable talent pipelines in niche areas to support the future and current needs of the business
• In charge of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from gathering requirements, sourcing, interviews up to candidate onboarding
• Identify potential candidates and assess their qualifications through review of resumes, interviews, and any other form of assessment and communication to best suit open positions

• Bachelor/Master's Degree in Psychology or related field from a reputable University (with GPA min 3.0)
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in recruitment, with minimum 3 years handling tech recruitment
• Experienced in the full cycle of recruitment process from sourcing, user management, and interviewing to offering stage
• Excellent interpersonal skills, independent, agile, and able to work under pressure
• Excellent negotiation and advisory skill
