- Assist in recording day-to-day financial transactions in accounting systems (QuickBooks).
- Help prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain and organize accounting documents and records.
- Help in monitoring accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
- Support internal audits and compliance documentation.
- Perform other administrative or accounting duties as assigned by the Accounting Officer.
Minimum Qualifications
