Freelance Community Manager | Vietnamese Language  

• We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Executive to join our social media team.
• You’ll get to work with an award-winning creative team that brings the larger-than-life storytelling to the small screens.
  Not only will you have two eyes for details, but you have also a deep appreciation for the role of social media in brand building.
• You're also someone who is quick to experiment, pilot new tools, platforms and emerging content format.
• The ability to execute flawlessly is the secret ingredient to success in this role.

In this role, you will be required to demonstrate thorough knowledge, passion, commitment, and expertise on the following. This is not the exhaustive list of your responsibilities but the most important ones include:

• Conscientious management of a portfolio of regional and local social media pages such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter, and TikTok
• Day-to-day social media management inclusive of publishing contents on clients’ social media channels, monitoring and responding to comments and messages, and monthly reporting of all social media activities.
• Identify and integrate social media trends and cultural insights in social media content planning.
• Identify and advocate storytelling opportunities on owned, earned, paid and new media platforms beyond the primary channels of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Wechat, Line and Youtube.

In order to excel in this role you will need to possess a diverse set of skills and qualities, which include:

• At least 1 year on the job experience in managing social media accounts, fresh graduates are still welcome to apply as long as you have relevant Social Media-related research or coursework
• Ability to write and communicate in English and Vietnamese
• High emotional quotient and strong work ethics
• Proven record of diligence and meticulous attention to details
• Proven record of growing audiences across different social platforms
• Agile collaborator with a positive attitude and a team player
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Other regional languages will be a plus
• Experience with social measurement and social analytics tools is a plus
