- Fresh graduate from Secretary, Business Administration, etc
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Willing to full onsite from Tebet, Jakarta Selatan.
Minimum Qualifications
- Support the development and maintenance of project documentation, reports, and schedules (Project Administration)
- Maintain project files and records according to company standards.
- Coordinate team meetings and facilitate communication between stakeholders.
- Oversee daily office operations and manage project schedules.
- Identify and coordinate project needs to support team requirements.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Compile reports from all divisions to provide project summaries to the Director.
