Job Description

Provide administrative support for Learning & Talent Management Team
-
Organize, compile, update company invoice & vendor agreement record and documentation

Prepare, manage and store paperwork for Learning & Talent Management policies and procedures
-
Maintain schedule and coordinate learning calendar activities
-
Organize and compile all Learning & Talent Management Report activities
Minimum Qualifications
- Previous working experience as an Learning & Talent Management administrative for minimum 1 years
-
Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel (intermediate level)

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
