Junior Business Analyst | Work from Home  

Cast LMS (Buri Technologies, Inc.) is an e-learning development startup that focuses on helping companies transition into e-learning using our content creation service and proprietary learning management system.

Our team is one of the few development houses in the country that have won educational technology awards abroad. We are looking for individuals who seek challenges and aspire to change the Philippine e-learning landscape by helping organizations build their training materials for the future. We seek a Business Analyst with strong product and project management instincts to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can move between strategic planning and execution, understanding customer needs, shaping the product roadmap, and driving delivery. You will play a critical role in refining our platform and processes, influencing both what we build and how we build it.

We are a completely remote company but we have an office in Quezon City.

Purpose:

To help implement our two services that assist our customers build and design the future of learning for their companies:

• Cast, a learning management system used by multiple institutions to scale and deliver learning online
• Customized e-learning content creation that allows companies to build tailor-fit content that handles their unique and proprietary training needs.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business needs into structured requirements and user stories
• Identify customer pain points through data, interviews, and feedback loops
• Define success metrics and track usage data to inform continuous improvements
• Prioritize features for the product roadmap based on customer impact and business value
• Own project scopes, timelines, and deliverables in coordination with engineering and design
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and internal stakeholder syncs
• Ensure product releases are on track and well-communicated across the team

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in any 4-year IT course, or equivalent. Or atleast 2 years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, or project management; or BS in Management Information Systems. Experience in e-learning is an advantage.

Knowledge:

• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Able to relay solutions and resolve issues independently
• Has strong communication and documentation skills
• Has good communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building relationships with diverse clients and conveying technical information to non-technical clients
• Has excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Moves with a strategic mindset and detail-oriented execution habits
