as an Assistant Manager – IT Business Enablement you will play a key role in driving digital transformation. You will be responsible for monitoring and controlling IT projects, ensuring they run in line with SDLC, coordinating stakeholder activities, analyzing business needs, and supporting issue resolution after go-live. You’ll also manage documentation such as business requirements, FSD, and reports, while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
We are looking for a candidate with experience in project management, system integration, and debugging is a plus. If you’re analytical, detail-oriented, and ready to take the next step in your career. Proficient in tools like MS Office, Visio or Draw io, SQL Server, Postman, JIRA, and MS Project.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Business Analysis with leading team

- Have strong communication skills in English (spoken and written) are essential.
