Responsibilities:
- Handle training event, both for offline and online
- Manage gimmicks for every training session
- Support L&D team in SPPI exam process
- Maintain and monitoring the data submission through Excel
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:
- Final year student in Management, Business Administration, or any related fields
- Previous internship experience in HR or administrative role is a plus
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Willing to work on-site (WFO) in HQ BAF Plaza
