Senior Business Development is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the CARE products and services. This role works closely with clients, internal teams, and key stakeholders to promote technology solutions and achieve business objectives.
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Generate and qualify sales leads through networking, referrals, events, and market research.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline and forecast future business opportunities.
- Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions
Client Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client business needs and recommend appropriate CARE solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the sales and implementation process.
- Manage client expectations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and ongoing business opportunities.
Proposal & Contract Management
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations.
- Collaborate with technical and consulting teams to develop solution proposals.
- Participate in contract negotiations and commercial discussions.
- Ensure all proposals and agreements align with company policies and objectives.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Identify emerging technologies and business opportunities.
- Provide market intelligence and recommendations to management.
- Support strategic planning initiatives and business expansion efforts.
Collaboration & Project Handover
- Coordinate with IT Consultants, Project Managers, and Technical Teams during pre-sales activities.
- Ensure smooth handover of projects from sales to implementation teams.
- Participate in project kickoff meetings when required.
- Support clients during implementation and post-sales activities to strengthen long-term relationships.
Reporting & Performance Management
- Maintain accurate records of opportunities, meetings, and sales activities
- Prepare periodic sales reports and business development updates.
- Provide management with insights on business opportunities and challenges.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–7 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales Executive, or a related role within the IT industry.
- Experience selling software solutions, enterprise applications, SaaS, cloud services, or IT consulting services is preferred.
- Strong understanding of business processes and technology solutions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented with strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
- Excellent Client Relationship Management.
- Excellent Market Research and Competitive Analysis.
- Cross-functional Team Collaboration.
- Professional working proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
