IT Business Analyst  

I. Job Summary

• This position works closely with Management and Operational teams in evaluating business information systems, providing innovative IT solutions and preparing requirement specification.
• Works with business heads to identify system needs, analyze and assess impact of changes in business and provide advice on possible remedies.
• Liaises with business users to ensure effective communication and better understanding of business requirements/production findings.
• Provides guidance and coaching to other business analysts

II. Job Purpose

• To help organization improve their processes and systems.
• Conduct research and analysis in order to come up with solutions to business problems and help to introduce these systems to businesses and their clients.

• Up to date with the industry trends in terms of IT Application development systems, policies and legislation
• Knowledge on IT project management and change management
• Extensive knowledge on MS Office, MS Project, and IT software and databases

Education, Licenses and Certificates

• Graduate of a four (4) year baccalaureate course
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering and/or other related courses
• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)/ITIL certificate is a plus but not required. • Relevant Experience
• At least two (2) years of extensive work experience in Business Analysis.

Business Understanding

• Identification and implementation of cost-effective technology solutions
