The IT Supervisor for Functional Support Assists the MIS officer in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of business systems and reporting processes. The role focuses on system administration, user support, data maintenance, reporting, workflow automation assistance, and coordination with internal users and external vendors to ensure efficient and accurate system usage across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 3-5 years experience in MIS, system support, reporting, or related IT/admin role
- Basic knowledge of business systems (ERP, HRIS, POS, or similar platforms)
- Proficient in Excel/ Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables preferred)
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Exposure to workflow automation or system administration is an advantage
