- Gather and analyze business requirements related to mutual fund, bond, and other investment product operations.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including product managers, operations, compliance, and IT development teams.
- Document business processes, use cases, and system workflows.
- Support the development and implementation of wealth management systems or modules.
- Participate in system testing (SIT/UAT) and coordinate with users for issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policy requirements in system functionalities.
- Assist in change management and user training related to new or enhanced systems.
Minimum Qualifications
- Analytical Skills and Business Analysis skills
- Experience with Business Processes and determining Business Requirements
- Strong Communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience in wealth management or financial services is a must (mutual funds and bonds)
