- Perform troubleshooting when issues occur in applications running on Windows-based platforms.
- Provision and commission servers for UAT, MR, DR, and Production environments.
- Set up and install applications across UAT, MR, DR, and Production environments.
- Create and manage application-layer user IDs with appropriate access rights (e.g. Database ID, CD ID, Support ID).
- Perform and support system connectivity setup, including Connect Direct, FTP, and MQ.
- Configure SSL for secure connectivity between applications, including protocol configuration and port open/close setup.
- Provide support for SIT and UAT activities, especially for In-Country Applications (ICA).
- Support performance testing and regression testing activities.
- Ensure DR readiness prior to go-live, including execution and support of DR testing.
- Prepare and support production implementation, technical go-live, and post-implementation verification.
- Provide production support during the project warranty period.
Minimum Qualifications
- Able to do troubleshooting in case there is issue occurred in application that used windows as platform
- To provision and commission servers of UAT, MR, DR, and Production environment.
- To set up and install the applications of UAT, MR, DR and Production environment.
- To set up user ID for application layer with proper access rights, i.e Database ID, CD ID, support ID, etc.
- To perform system connectivity, i.e Connect Direct, FTP and MQ.
- To set up SSL (security connectivity between applications), including to configure
- protocol and port open and close setup
- To support SIT for ICA (In-Country Applications) and UAT
- To support performance test and regression test
- To support DR readiness prior to go live, including DR test
- To prepare production implementation, technical live and post implementation
- verification.
- To support any issue in the production within project warranty period
- Having 3 – 5 years in banking industry as technical delivery
- Able to communicate both oral and written in English.
