- Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities for banking applications.
- Design, develop, and review test scenarios, test cases, and test strategies.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing.
- Conduct API and database validation to ensure system accuracy.
- Lead system integration testing across multiple banking platforms.
- Monitor defect lifecycle and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior testers.
- Contribute to automation strategy and continuous process improvement.
- Actively participate and provide input in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Software Tester.
- Strong experience in banking systems (core banking, mobile banking, digital banking, payment systems, etc.).
- Proven experience handling end-to-end testing lifecycle in Agile/Scrum projects.
- 🛠 Technical Skills
- Strong database querying skills (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server).
- Advanced API testing using Postman/SoapUI.
- Strong understanding of API specifications and inter-system integrations.
- Hands-on experience in mobile testing (Android & iOS).
- Strong understanding of automation testing concepts (experience implementing automation is a plus).
- Experienced in using Zephyr or other test management tools.
- Strong debugging and root cause analysis skills.
- Experience in performance and basic security testing.
