- Menggali, menganalisis, dan mendokumentasikan kebutuhan bisnis dari stakeholder.
- Menerjemahkan kebutuhan bisnis menjadi functional & technical requirements yang jelas.
- Terlibat dalam pengembangan dan implementasi sistem terkait:
- Regulatory Reporting (Antasena & SLIK)
- Data Warehouse (DWH), khususnya area Credit Card
- Berkolaborasi dengan tim IT (Developer, QA, Data Engineer) untuk memastikan solusi sesuai kebutuhan bisnis.
- Menyusun dokumen seperti Business Requirement Document (BRD) dan Functional Specification Document (FSD).
- Mendukung proses testing termasuk User Acceptance Test (UAT).
- Melakukan gap analysis antara sistem existing dan kebutuhan bisnis.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim lintas fungsi termasuk compliance dan risk terkait regulasi perbankan.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimal S1 di bidang IT, Sistem Informasi, atau jurusan terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai IT Business Analyst di industri perbankan.
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam:
- Regulatory Reporting (Antasena & SLIK)
- Data Warehouse (DWH), khususnya Credit Card
- Memahami proses bisnis perbankan, terutama pada area reporting dan credit card.
- Terbiasa membuat dokumentasi seperti BRD, FSD, dan use case.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dengan stakeholder bisnis dan tim teknis.
- Familiar dengan SQL menjadi nilai tambah.
- Memahami metodologi SDLC (Agile atau Waterfall).
- Pengalaman dalam proyek dengan integrasi sistem (API, middleware).
- Memahami regulasi pelaporan perbankan dari regulator.
- Pengalaman handling proyek lintas divisi.
