Project Manager Banking Industry  

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and senior management.

Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Facilitate project meetings, provide regular status updates, and prepare project documentation and reports.

Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and banking industry standards.

Drive effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager within the banking industry.

Proven experience managing banking, digital transformation, or IT-related projects.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid.

Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and resource allocation.

Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar platforms.

Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Willing to work onsite (Work From Office / WFO).
