Design, build, and maintain high-performance API Services (REST, SOAP, or gRPC).
Implement clean architecture, write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
Optimize database performance through effective indexing, partitioning, and connection pooling.
Implement synchronous & asynchronous processing architectures (job scheduling, message queueing).
Work with event-driven architecture and CDC (Capture Data Changes) using Kafka Confluent or similar platforms.
Perform Unit Testing to ensure code quality and stability before delivery.
Deliver backend solutions adhering to company security standards, quality gates, and compliance guidelines (BRI standards).
Minimum Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a Backend Developer role.
Tech Stack: Proficient in PHP, Golang, or .NET.
API Architecture: Strong understanding of REST, SOAP, and gRPC architectures.
Database Tuning: Hands-on experience with database optimization (indexing, partitioning, connection pooling).
Architecture & Patterns:
Sound knowledge of Synchronous & Asynchronous processing (queueing, job schedulers).
Experience with Event-Driven Architecture & CDC (Kafka / Confluent or equivalent).
Strong mastery of Clean Architecture principles.
Quality & Testing: Experience writing and maintaining Unit Tests.
Standards & Security: Familiarity with high-level enterprise security standards and quality gates.
