Job Description

What you will do:
- Make sure that all internal office operations are running smoothly. Including but not limited to:
- maintain day-to-day activities of the office
- develops policies, procedures, and systems which ensure efficient office operations
- maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
- maintain office supply inventory
- Provide support to everyone in the team - this includes purchasing, logistics, document processing, and maintenance.
- Provide office process enhancements and solutions.
- Assists in organizing and facilitating company events
- Serves as the primary point of administrative contact and liaison with other offices, individuals and institutions on operational and pragmatic matters concerning the office.
- Fulfills a high visibility role of providing support to our CEO. Including but not limited to:
- Handling walk up and phone interactions
- Maintaining calendar and travel arrangements
- Screening, analyzing and responding to concerns and correspondence
- Handling day-to-day problems and situations
- Provisional of secretarial support
- and other admin tasks deemed necessary by the management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Tech-savvy; proficient in Google Docs, Microsoft Office
- Has a track-record of getting things done - drive, ownership and execution are core to our culture at coins.ph
- Excellent command of the English language
- Strong communication, planning, and analytical skills
- Highly trustworthy and extremely organized
