Key Responsibilities
- Assist with complaints handling (internal & external)
- Prepare complaint reports for senior management
- Monitor AML transactions daily and support AML audits
- Help with risk remediation, privacy breach handling, and approvals
- Review risk registers (breach, data privacy, disputes, incidents)
- Support compliance training portal management
- Gather information for audit requirements
- Perform other tasks as needed to meet business goals
Minimum Qualifications
