Job Description
As a Technical Project Manager, you will collaborate with our Project Managers from Germany (DE) and Software Developers to be responsible for planning, strategizing execution, and finalizing projects according to the scope, budget, and schedule that has been established.
This role needs strong technical ability to be agile in finding the most effective and optimal way in developing and implementing the projects to our clients.
The key responsibilities for this position are:
- Collaborate and ensure smooth collaboration between Project Managers from Germany (DE) and our software developers.
- Develop a detailed project plan, including resource allocation, risk management, and task and timeline adjustment if needed.
- Ensuring the development is aligned with the scope, requirements, timeline, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress, track performance, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on project outcomes.
- Collaborate with DE Project Managers to ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Our projects scope includes:
- ERP
- SAP
- Warehouse, Logistic, Production Management System
- Web App
- Mobile App
Minimum Qualifications
- With 5 to10 years of experience in Project Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. In-depth knowledge of SAP modules, functionalities, and integration points will be preferred.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English is a must.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in project management tools and software, such as JIRA, or similar.
- Willing to work from the office in BSD, Tangerang Selatan, and travel to Germany on a regular basis.
- Have strong strategical, analytical, and logical thinking.
- Proficient in Java and or Flutter would be a plus.
