Job Description

commsult Indonesia is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the Marketing Team and drive B2B marketing initiatives for our enterprise software solutions. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketing professional who thrives in complex B2B environments, understands the nuances of selling to technical and business buyers, and can build brand visibility in competitive markets with limited existing awareness.

Reporting to commercial leadership, you will lead the team to own the marketing function end-to-end: from campaign strategy and content development to lead generation and performance analytics.

You'll work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts translate into qualified pipeline and measurable business outcomes.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team.
  • Establish clear goals, workflows, and KPIs for the marketing function.
  • Foster a collaborative, data-driven, results-oriented team culture with emphasis on continuous learning.

Brand & Market Positioning

  • Develop and execute brand-building initiatives that establish commsult as a credible enterprise software provider in the Indonesian market.
  • Build brand visibility through professional campaigns, thought leadership, and consistent digital presence.
  • Oversee all marketing communications, ensuring consistent messaging across channels.
  • Drive go-to-market initiatives, customer engagement, and partnerships that position Commsult as a credible enterprise software brand.

Demand Generation & Lead Management

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, content, events, partnerships) to generate qualified B2B leads.
  • Build and optimize inbound lead generation engines including SEO, content marketing, and paid acquisition.
  • Manage lead nurturing workflows and ensure smooth handoff to sales with proper qualification criteria.
  • Track campaign performance and continuously optimize based on conversion data.

Marketing Operations & Analytics

  • Develop CRM discipline, content strategy, and campaign analytics for continuous optimization, ensuring accurate attribution and pipeline visibility.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics; optimize based on data insights.
  • Manage marketing budget allocation and ROI measurement across channels.

Sales Alignment & Enablement

  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing activities with revenue targets.
  • Create sales enablement materials: pitch decks, solution briefs, competitive analysis, and proposal templates.
  • Support go-to-market initiatives for new products or market expansion.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work with leadership to align marketing strategy with overall commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to translate complex solutions into compelling value propositions.
  • Manage external vendors, agencies, and partners as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience & Background

  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in leading or managing the Marketing Team.
  • Demonstrated track record of planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable results.
  • Experience with enterprise or solution-based marketing (long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, technical products).
  • Exposure to both brand/communications and demand generation/performance marketing.
  • Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or IT services industry.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys and enterprise decision-making processes.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels: content marketing, SEO/SEM, LinkedIn, email marketing, webinars, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) and marketing automation.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and make optimization decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to translate complex technical solutions into compelling marketing messages.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Regional or international marketing exposure (APAC or global campaigns).
  • Experience marketing to large enterprise segments.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) approaches.

Work Arrangements

  • Work from our office at BSD, Kabupaten Tangerang.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (Germany) as required.
