- Lead end-to-end IT projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resources, and project deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, changes, and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure project governance, documentation, and vendor performance align with business objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, IT Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Project Management Body of Knowledge, Projects IN Controlled Environments, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies in IT project delivery.
- Experienced in managing end-to-end IT projects, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and SDLC execution.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and delivering projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
