Job Description

The Role

The Social Media Executive (Mommy Community Focus) of CUE Digital International - PH Branch’s Strategy Department plays a key role in developing insight-driven marketing and brand strategies that drive business success. This role involves conducting research, analyzing consumer behavior, identifying market trends, and working collaboratively with creative, media, and digital teams to shape effective brand communication strategies. The Strategic Planner will be instrumental in crafting compelling narratives that connect brands with their target audiences across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Development
    • Assist in developing brand and marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
    • Support the creation of omnichannel strategies that incorporate digital, social, content, and traditional media.
    • Work closely with senior strategists to refine strategic recommendations based on insights and data.
  • Consumer & Market Research
    • Conduct primary and secondary research to understand consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activity.
    • Utilize research tools, data analytics, and social listening platforms to extract meaningful insights.
    • Develop audience personas and customer journey maps to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Creative & Content Strategy Development
    • Work closely with creative teams to ensure strategic insights inform concept development.
    • Develop content strategies that enhance brand storytelling and engagement across platforms.
    • Collaborate with UX/UI and technology teams to enhance digital experiences for consumers.
  • Social Media Management
    • Work closely with Social Media Specialists to ensure strategic use and proper management of social platforms.
    • Stay updated with social media management operations, tools, and movements as aid to strategic planning and development.
    • Lead social media strategy and proactive trendspotting for content development.
    • Take on community management and social page content management.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution Support
    • Contribute to campaign planning by translating insights into actionable strategies.
    • Assist in briefing creative, media, and digital teams to ensure cohesive execution.
    • Monitor and optimize campaign performance, providing strategic recommendations based on data.
  • Client & Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Support client presentations by translating complex data and research into clear, strategic recommendations.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strategic consistency across all deliverables.
    • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting
    • Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns.
    • Assist in developing reports and presentations that provide actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
    • Recommend optimizations based on key performance indicators and market feedback.

Minimum Qualifications

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in strategic planning, brand strategy, or a related role within an agency or marketing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and research findings.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, social media, and consumer trends.
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills to convey insights and strategies effectively.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and digital specialists.
  • Proficiency in research tools, analytics platforms, and strategic frameworks.
  • Passion for brands, culture, and consumer behavior.
  • Experience in handling brands for Moms and/or Babies is a plus
