Job Description
- Manages existing customers and recruits net new target customers
- Ability to gather customer requirements, create solutions, articulate value propositions, calculate return on investment and manage complex contractual process
- Develop relationships with stakeholders to understand a customer’s business and develop strategic roadmaps.
- Manage your pipeline through the sales process and properly document in salesforce to maintain data integrity
- Be a consultative sales professional with prospects and report relevant feedback to the company to improve product’s quality and service delivery
- Be able to demo the company’s value proposition via demo both virtually and in-person
- Become a subject matter expert on the platform and industry as a whole
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related technical field, Business, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of experience as an Account Manager or Account Executive in an IT Service company
- Have an experience in a customer-facing role, interfacing with executive stakeholders, driving customer technical implementations/transformation programs.
- Experience collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Ability to prioritize time in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication (verbal & written), presentation, problem-solving, and management skills.
