Job Description
- Understand and oversee the QA, Process & Product Quality Assurance processes within the company based on CMMI standards.
- Implement and improve process quality methodologies, with a strong focus on Six Sigma principles.
- Lead and mentor the QA team to ensure adherence to quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to QA processes and standards compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor process adherence and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on CMMI certifications, particularly at Level 5, guiding the organization through the certification process and maintaining compliance.
- Provide leadership in resolving quality-related issues and driving root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Actively participate in meetings, presentations, and discussions in English to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Computer Science, or Quality Management.
- In-depth understanding and experience with QA processes, particularly within the framework of CMMI standards.
- Proficiency in Six Sigma methodologies, with a proven track record of implementing quality improvement projects.
- Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with international stakeholders.
- Extensive experience in obtaining and maintaining CMMI certifications, preferably at Level 5.
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving quality objectives.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives and delivering results.
- Certification in Six Sigma (e.g., Green Belt, Black Belt) would be advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
- Having a strong understanding of ISO 27001 would be considered a valuable asset
