We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Officer to become part of our team. The successful candidate is highly analytical, performance-oriented, and deeply enthusiastic about digital advertising. This role focuses on planning, executing, and managing digital marketing initiatives that support business goals and drive the organization’s continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and execute end-to-end digital marketing plans to promote company products across multiple online channels
• Lead and manage Meta Ads campaigns, ensuring optimization, smooth implementation, and consistent revenue performance across all brands
• Assess market behavior, industry movements, and customer insights to uncover opportunities for brand growth and increased sales
• Track, evaluate, and refine digital campaigns to ensure optimal performance, cost efficiency, and alignment with marketing objectives
• Apply data-based insights to guide strategic decisions and enhance overall campaign effectiveness
• Work closely with the digital marketing team and cross-departmental units such as procurement, product development, retail, and brand teams to deliver unified and impactful marketing efforts
• Keep up with current digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, proposing innovative strategies to strengthen online visibility
• Oversee budget management and resource distribution to maximize campaign impact and return on investment
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports for all digital platforms
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
• Willingness to work on-site five days per week
• Proficient in various marketing platforms and tools, including Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and SEO
• Proven track record of executing successful digital marketing strategies that increased brand exposure and revenue
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, e-commerce trends, and digital advertising standards
• Highly motivated to stay current with industry innovations and apply emerging trends to achieve business objectives
• Advanced analytical abilities with experience using digital tools for performance measurement and data analysis
