Job Description
- Manage the entire process of procurement
- Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
- Examine and re-evaluate existing contracts
- Build relationship with vendors or suppliers as well as help in dealing with complaints and handling memorandum payment/invoice or contract with related parties
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
- Collaborate with key persons to ensure the clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company
- Design Tender, Analyze RFIs and RFQs, ability to structure face to face negotiations
- Continuous review and initiate process improvement on procurement process
- Train and supervise the work of other members of staff
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from any background.
- At least 5 years of working experience (preferably in the IT Infrastructure industry) is required for this position
- Strong commercial acumen
- Strong negotiating skills
- Familiar with tender process
- People management and ability to engage people at all level of organizations
- Experienced in using ERP system
- Good spoken and written communication skills in Bahasa and English language
- Can work under pressure and meet deadlines.
