- Mengikuti dan melaksanakan event yang dilakukan pada Agile Method
- Memimpin/lead Squad Tim dalam melaksanakan development berbasis Agile Method
- Melakukan design system based on requirement untuk setiap project yang ditugaskan
- Melaksanakan review dan memastikan source code dari Developer sudah layak dan clear sebelum dilakukan merging, mulai dari environment development, Pre-Production, dan yang akan diPromote to Production
- Berkoordinasi dengan Tim Development terkait, khususnya aplikasi yang memiliki impact/dependensi dengan surrounding system
- Melakukan, memastikan, dan mendokumentasikan Unit Test
- Melaksanakan review dan memastikan source code dari Developer sudah layak dan clear sebelum dilakukan merging atas perbaikan program hasil temuan Unit Test (UT), SIT, UAT, Regression Test, Stress Test, Performance Test, Compatibility Test, Penetration Test
- Mengikuti aktifitas SIT
- Mengikuti aktifitas UAT bila diperlukan
Minimum Qualifications
- Min YoE: 2 Tahun sebagai Technical Lead
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Good analytical & logical thinking
- Tech stack : Menguasai paling tidak salah satu bahasa Java (Java Spring Boot), ios (swift), Javascript (Nodejs/ReactJS/Nextjs), Android (Kotlin)
- Experience on deploy mobile apps to Play Store and Apps Store
- Familiar working with Git
- Memiliki pengetahuan SDLC (Waterfall dan/atau Agile). Pengalaman dengan Agile memiliki nilai plus
- Bersedia bekerja di Industry Banking
