- Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of Cisco SD-WAN infrastructure.
- Analyze and resolve network-related incidents and connectivity issues.
- Coordinate technical issues between field teams and vendors.
- Support network implementation, configuration, and optimization.
- Monitor network performance and ensure network availability.
- Prepare technical documentation and troubleshooting reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely issue resolution.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Network Engineer or related position.
- Active CCNA certification is required.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco SD-WAN and network troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of routing, switching, TCP/IP, VLAN, and network connectivity.
- Experienced in troubleshooting and resolving network issues.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to act as a technical liaison between field teams and vendors.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willing to work collaboratively with technical teams and external vendors.
