Cloud & Cybersecurity Engineer  

• The IT Solutions Cloud Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing cloud-based infrastructure and services that support the company’s IT and business management solutions. This role ensures secure, scalable, and cost-efficient cloud environments while collaborating with internal teams and clients to deliver reliable and high-performing cloud solutions.

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure using platforms such as AWS and Huawei.

• Implement cloud solutions that support business applications, data management, and IT services

• Monitor cloud performance, availability, and cost efficiency; recommend optimizations

• Ensure cloud environments follow security best practices, compliance standards, and governance policies

• Perform cloud migrations, upgrades, and integrations from on-premise to cloud environments

• Configure and maintain virtual machines, storage, networking, backups, and disaster recovery solutions

• Collaborate with developers, system administrators, and project teams to support application deployments

• Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues and provide timely resolution

• Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and standard operating procedures

• Provide technical support and guidance to internal users and clients as needed

• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, networking, and security principles

• Hands-on experience with IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models

• Proficiency in cloud services such as compute, storage, load balancing, and identity management

• Experience with Linux and/or Windows server environments

• Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation)

• Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

• Good communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field

At least 1–3 years of experience in cloud engineering, system administration, or infrastructure support

At least 1-3 years of experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Huawei or GCP)

Knowledge of networking concepts such as VPC/VNet, VPN, DNS, firewalls, and load balancers

Preferred Qualifications

Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, Google Cloud Associate)

Experience supporting enterprise or client-facing IT solutions

Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or data privacy regulations

Experience in IT or business management solutions environments
