Job Description
- Develop and implement a customer research program
- Establish strong relationships with Key Accounts and industry influencers
- Represent the company in events
- Conduct research on both existing and potential products
- Plan and implement the company’s product strategy
- Work with suppliers to acquire the items needed at workable costs
- Manage the product portfolio
- Position the products, and ensure the information is accessible to Sales and customers in a timely manner
- Collaborate with Marketing on lead generation programs and promotions
- Conduct Product Learning Sessions for employees and customers
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in culinary arts
- At least 5 years work experience as a chef
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for food
- Loves exploring new things and meeting people!
- Innovative
- Can easily adapt to change
- Entrepreneur mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity and accountability
